Rob co-founded Method Testing Labs and is an experienced cannabis, operations and finance leader. Rob’s experience includes building and leading teams, commercializing new products, mergers & acquisitions, turnarounds, restructurings and fundraising. Rob has completed over $6 billion in transactions from small real estate purchases to highly complex and large acquisitions. Prior to Method Testing Labs, Rob was a senior executive with a large private cannabis company.

Renee Delauter is the Cannabis Testing Laboratory Accreditation Program Manager at A2LA. She joined A2LA in September 2019 and successfully completed the A2LA Assessor Orientation course a month later. She supports the day-to-day operations of accreditation, by assisting A2LA customers in obtaining and maintaining accreditation to the ISO/IEC 17025 standard. Renee also manages assessor reports, responses from applicants and accredited CABs (spell out this first CAB acronym), and the status of deficiencies with the CABs and ensures they are reviewed and evaluated in a timely manner.

Dillon earned his bachelor’s degree in chemistry from San Diego State University while conducting research on the synthesis and characterization of novel fluorescent compounds. He went on to earn his master’s degree in Chemistry from SDSU, and has since applied his knowledge to the cannabis industry. Dillon is one of the first scientists to join the ICAL team and has quickly become an invaluable asset. As much as he loves screening for pesticides, Dillon also enjoys rock climbing, hiking, and exploring California’s beautiful national parks with his dog, Luna.

With a background in Chemistry and Food Science from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and The Ohio State University, Christian has focused his career on the analysis, extraction, and utilization of natural ingredients for both their bioactive and organoleptic properties.  From researching anthocyanins in fruits and vegetables, to developing cutting-edge processes for natural extraction of coffee, tea, and hops, his driving focus has been to maintain the nutritive and sensorial attributes of horticultural products while converting them into usable ingredients.  For the last five years, he brought his experience to the cannabis industry first as VP of Science & Technology at Cannabistry, one of the leading cannabis research & development organizations in the nation.  In 2020, he joined Sonoma Lab Works as President where his focus is on guiding their phenomenal clients towards sustainable and consistent success while ensuring the safety of products in the California market.

Jessa Youngblood is the Food, Beverage and Cannabis Market Coordinator for Hardy Diagnostics. A specialist in the field of cannabis microbiology for regulatory compliance, she is seated with the AOAC CASP committee working on standard methods for microbiological testing in cannabis and hemp.
