Ted has over 25 years of professional experience in real estate and specialty finance. He began his career as a real estate broker, and in 2016, recognizing the growing economic impact of the nascent cannabis business, he co-founded Sweet Leaf Capital. Ted led the financing initiative for SLC, raising commitments of over $116M, making the company one of the largest equipment lessors in the cannabis industry. Ted is a recognized leader in the cannabis financing industry, forging relationships with both borrowers and equipment vendors, and more recently expanding into real estate finance. Ted earned a BS in History from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Daniel Banks completed a B.S. in Horticultural Science and a minor in Entomology at Colorado State University and has been a Certified Crop Advisor in Colorado since 2017. He has participated in legal cannabis markets as a medical grower, horticultural scientist, cultivation facility manager, administrator, and consultant for the past 12 years. Through the course of his career, he has worked alongside cultivators in dozens of facilities across many State markets to improve operations and solve problems. These experiences have included developing custom crop protection programs, improving operational efficiencies, providing cultivation facility design support, SOP generation, and training client employees in plant science, cultivation processes, and regulatory compliance.

Taylor Robinson is the Director of Analytical Services/R&D for Silver Bullet Water Treatment with expertise in molecular and cell biology, general water chemistry, microbiology, and industrial (oil and gas) water treatment and reuse processes/chemistries. For the past 6 years, Taylor has led, conceptualized, organized, and completed numerous Silver Bullet research and development projects related to the cannabis, leafy greens, livestock, commercial cooling, aquaculture and data center industries. Taylor also is the Chief Scientist and Founder of Rimrock Analytical, LLC, which provides analytical services in molecular (PCR-based) testing, plant tissue analysis and customized microbial and chemistry-based projects. Rimrock primarily serves the Controlled Environment Agriculture, cannabis, and water management industries. Aldwin M. Anterola obtained a PhD in Plant Physiology from Washington State University, where he studied the biosynthesis of natural products in plant tissue cultures using instrumental chromatography with spectroscopic detection and DNA-based techniques. He is now an Associate Professor at Southern Illinois University Carbondale, where he is involved in cannabis research and education. He is also Co-Founder and Chief Science Officer at Veda Scientific, a hemp and cannabis testing lab in California, applying the latest in GCxGC-MS technology to help advance the efficacy and safety of cannabis products.
